Warhammer 40K Date My Mom: Roboute Guilliman Edition
Warhammer 40K Date My Mom: Roboute Guilliman Edition
Intro:
[MTV's Date My Mom theme gets an epic remix, with Gregorian chanting and bolter fire. The camera flies over the glittering spires of Macragge, the jewel of Ultramar, where none other than Roboute Guilliman, Primarch of the Ultramarines and Lord Commander of the Imperium, stands on a balcony overlooking the city. Clad in his gleaming blue armor, Guilliman looks both regal and slightly uncomfortable.]
Narrator:
"Welcome to Date My Mom: Warhammer 40K Edition! Today’s contestant is the Primarch of the Ultramarines, Roboute Guilliman, also known as the Avenging Son. He’s a brilliant strategist, a warrior without equal, and the Imperium’s greatest administrator—but can he win over someone’s heart by meeting their mom? Let’s find out!"
[Guilliman clears his throat and addresses the camera.]
Guilliman:
"I have rebuilt the Imperium, faced countless xenos, and fought against the forces of Chaos... but dating? That’s another kind of challenge. However, I am always prepared. Let us proceed."
Scene 1: Mom #1 - Sergeant Katla’s Mom
[Guilliman arrives in a clean, well-ordered home on a fortress world, greeted by a tall, battle-hardened woman with gray hair tied back in a severe bun. She’s wearing an Imperial Guard uniform, clearly a veteran. This is Sergeant Katla’s mom. She sizes Guilliman up with a stern eye.]
Katla's Mom:
"So, you’re the Ultramarine I’ve been hearing about. My daughter’s a tough one. I hope you’re ready for that."
[Guilliman nods seriously, appreciating the military formality.]
Guilliman:
"Discipline, loyalty, and strength—these are qualities I admire. Tell me more about your daughter. Does she embody the qualities of an Imperial soldier?"
Katla's Mom:
"She’s one of the best, no question. But she’s also a bit... intense. She’s not one for chit-chat. If you’re looking for a good sparring partner and someone who’ll defend you against Orks, though, she’s your gal."
[Guilliman smiles faintly, clearly impressed.]
Guilliman:
"I see. Strength in body and mind. But is she capable of taking time to enjoy life outside the battlefield? A leader must also find moments of peace."
[Katla’s mom pauses, looking thoughtful.]
Katla's Mom:
"She could use some of that, I’ll admit. Maybe someone like you could teach her the importance of balance."
Guilliman:
"Balance is key to maintaining a strong empire. I appreciate your honesty."
[As Guilliman leaves, Katla’s mom salutes him, and he returns the gesture, leaving with a sense of mutual respect.]
Scene 2: Mom #2 - Eldariith’s Mom
[Guilliman walks into an Eldar craftworld. It’s a strange sight—elegant and alien, with wraithbone structures twisting into the sky. There, he meets Eldariith’s mother, a serene and mysterious Farseer who radiates psychic energy.]
Eldariith's Mom:
"Ah, Roboute Guilliman, the Avenging Son... I have foreseen your arrival. You come seeking knowledge about my daughter. Do not worry. The strands of fate are generous today."
[Guilliman looks a little uncomfortable in the mystical setting but remains composed.]
Guilliman:
"Your daughter’s future intrigues me. Tell me, what is she like? What drives her in this galaxy of war and chaos?"
Eldariith's Mom:
"She is... a seeker of balance, like yourself, but more in tune with the spiritual forces of the universe. Eldariith cares deeply about harmony and the ebb and flow of the warp. She may not be the warrior you are accustomed to, but she is strong in other ways."
[Guilliman looks thoughtful, trying to reconcile this more metaphysical approach with his own rigid order.]
Guilliman:
"I understand the need for balance, but how would she adapt to the harsh realities of war? The Imperium cannot afford hesitation."
Eldariith's Mom:
"She sees the larger picture, far beyond individual battles. She knows when to act, but also when to step back. Sometimes, the greatest wisdom lies in knowing when not to fight."
[Guilliman nods, though it’s clear he’s still weighing the more abstract philosophy.]
Guilliman:
"Interesting. I appreciate your insight. Perhaps there’s wisdom in her view of the universe, though it is... unconventional by Imperial standards."
[As Guilliman departs, the Farseer gives him a cryptic smile, as though she already knows the outcome.]
Scene 3: Mom #3 - Ughzogga’s Mom
[Guilliman arrives at a ramshackle Ork settlement, greeted by the loudest, rowdiest sight yet—Ughzogga’s mom, a towering Ork matron wearing a patchwork of scavenged armor and a massive choppa slung over her back. She lets out a loud bellow of laughter when she sees Guilliman.]
Ughzogga's Mom:
"’Oi! Dis humie’s here fer me daughter! Har har, dis iz gonna be good!"
[Guilliman blinks in disbelief, momentarily thrown off. He wasn’t expecting an Ork contestant, let alone the full-on Ughzogga Ork treatment.]
Guilliman:
"I… I take it your daughter is a capable fighter?"
[The Ork mom laughs even harder, slapping her knee.]
Ughzogga's Mom:
"Capable? She’s da best at smashin’ ‘eads and takin’ teef! Dat’s wot you need, right? A good fighta!"
[Guilliman composes himself, choosing his words carefully.]
Guilliman:
"While I respect martial prowess, the Ultramarines value discipline, honor, and precision on the battlefield. Can your daughter—"
[The Ork mom interrupts with a hearty slap on the back, nearly knocking Guilliman off balance.]
Ughzogga's Mom:
"She don’t need no fancy rules, humie! Ughzogga’s all about gettin’ stuck in, bashin’ gitz, and takin’ wot’s ‘ers! If ya want fun, she’s da one fer you!"
[Guilliman nods slowly, clearly trying to find some redeeming quality in the chaos.]
Guilliman:
"I can see there’s... enthusiasm there. But I’m not sure that unchecked destruction aligns with my values."
[As Guilliman leaves the settlement, Ughzogga’s mom waves a massive choppa in farewell, still laughing uproariously.]
Scene 4: The Decision
[Back on Macragge, Guilliman stands in his war room, surrounded by holographic displays of the three moms. He’s deep in thought, reviewing everything he’s learned.]
Narrator:
"Now it’s decision time. Will Guilliman choose the disciplined but intense Sergeant Katla, the wise and mysterious Eldariith, or the rowdy and chaotic Ughzogga?"
[Guilliman addresses the camera, his voice calm and authoritative.]
Guilliman:
"Each of these individuals offers something unique, but I must choose based on who I believe will stand beside me, not just on the battlefield, but in maintaining the order and stability of the Imperium."
[He pauses for a moment, then gives a faint smile.]
Guilliman:
"Sergeant Katla’s discipline and loyalty are unmatched. However, she may need to learn that life is more than battle strategies and war."
[Katla’s image fades from the screen.]
Guilliman:
"Eldariith offers a perspective I am not accustomed to—balance beyond the battlefield, and a wisdom rooted in the immaterial. Yet, I am not certain the Imperium is ready for such... mysticism at its core."
[Eldariith’s image fades.]
Guilliman:
"Which leaves... Ughzogga."
[A pause.]
Guilliman:
"While I admire her strength and enthusiasm, I must admit... her approach is perhaps a bit too chaotic for Ultramar's needs."
[Ughzogga’s image fades with a laugh echoing in the background.]
Guilliman:
"My decision is... no decision. I believe none of these contestants truly embody the balance between duty, honor, and wisdom that I seek. But it was a valuable learning experience."
Outro:
Narrator:
"And there you have it! Roboute Guilliman has chosen... no one. But that’s okay! The Primarch of the Ultramarines has high standards, and let’s face it—dating’s never easy, even for a demigod."
[The camera cuts to Guilliman walking through the halls of the Fortress of Hera, reflecting on what he’s learned.]
**Narrator
**:
"Join us next time on Date My Mom: Warhammer 40K Edition, where the galaxy’s greatest warriors face their toughest challenge yet—dating!"
[The screen fades to black as Guilliman steps into a strategy briefing, back to the world he knows best.]
