Premise:

Four regular couples arrive on the beautiful and secluded Temptation Island, eager to test their relationships. They are soon introduced to the singles—legendary named characters from the Warhammer 40,000 universe, each with their own unique charm and power. The goal for these singles? To seduce the participants and tear their relationships apart.

Opening Scene:

Location: Beachfront Villa, Temptation Island.

Host (generic reality show host):
"Welcome to Temptation Island! Four couples have come here to test their love. But little do they know, this won’t be your typical temptation. Waiting to challenge their devotion are some of the most legendary and powerful figures... from the grim darkness of the far future."

The camera pans dramatically to the singles, standing in a line. We see their names appear on-screen: Rogal Dorn, Fulgrim, Fabius Bile, and Celestine the Living Saint among others.

"Let's meet our couples!"

Couple Introductions:

  1. Mike & Sarah – They've been together for 3 years and feel like they’re in a good place, but Sarah feels Mike can be a little too controlling.

  2. James & Emma – Recently engaged, but Emma is nervous about James' commitment issues.

  3. Tina & Jake – High school sweethearts who feel like the spark is fading.

  4. Chloe & Matt – Chloe feels Matt doesn’t appreciate her enough, while Matt believes Chloe overthinks things.

Singles Introductions:

  1. Rogal Dorn
    The stoic, serious warrior Primarch of the Imperial Fists. He's protective and disciplined—perfect for anyone who needs a steady, unwavering partner.

    Rogal Dorn (confessional):
    "Love, like fortifications, must be built upon solid foundations. These relationships will crumble before me."

  2. Fulgrim
    The beautiful, narcissistic Primarch of the Emperor's Children. He’s all about aesthetics, perfection, and pleasure.

  3. Fabius Bile
    The twisted, mad scientist of the 40k universe. Fabius isn’t just here for love—he’s here to "improve" people in ways they never imagined.

    "A relationship is nothing if not an experiment. Let's see how resilient the human heart truly is."

  4. Celestine the Living Saint
    A shining, angelic figure who exudes hope, warmth, and an almost divine charm. She’s compassionate, but also fiercely determined.

    Celestine (confessional):
    "I bring redemption. These couples must decide if their love can truly stand the test of temptation... or if they will find salvation in me."

Episode Structure Overview:

Episode 1: Arrival and First Temptations

  • Couples are split up: The men go to one villa and the women to another.

  • Singles mingle: The Warhammer characters begin to subtly tempt the couples. Fulgrim immediately gravitates toward Sarah, complimenting her beauty and subtly undermining her confidence in Mike. Meanwhile, Rogal Dorn offers Chloe emotional support, explaining the value of structure in relationships.

  • First bonfire: Mike is shown a clip of Sarah laughing with Fulgrim. He clenches his fists.

Mike (confessional):
"Who does this guy think he is? I’m not worried. Sarah would never fall for someone like him… right?"

Episode 2: Fabius Bile's Experiments

  • Fabius focuses his attention on Jake, explaining that his relationship with Tina lacks the "genetic superiority" needed for long-term success. He offers some "advice" on how to fix that.

  • Celestine takes Emma on a peaceful, serene walk through a garden, talking about spiritual connection and testing her resolve.

  • Second bonfire: Emma is shown a clip of James laughing with Celestine, who seems to be gazing at him with warm, angelic eyes.

Emma (confessional):

Episode 3: Fulgrim's Charms vs. Dorn's Discipline

  • On the other side of the island, Rogal Dorn takes Chloe on a hike to a high vantage point. He talks about the importance of long-term planning in both battle and love, and Chloe begins to open up to him.

Chloe (confessional):
"Rogal just... gets me. Matt never really talks about the future like this."

Episode 4: The Couples Begin to Crack

  • Jake starts to seriously question his relationship with Tina after his conversations with Fabius, who proposes he can "enhance" his potential with the right approach. Tina, in turn, is spending time with Fulgrim, who tells her she could become a more confident, self-assured version of herself.

  • Sarah is torn between Fulgrim’s charisma and Mike’s reliability, but the cracks in her relationship begin to show as she considers if she's been settling for less than she deserves.

  • James begins to open up to Celestine, feeling seen in a way that he hasn't with Emma.

Episode 5: Betrayal and Decisions

  • Celestine comforts Matt as he begins to question his worth in Chloe’s eyes. She is patient and saintly, though Matt begins to develop feelings for her.

  • Fulgrim’s allure finally causes Sarah to spend the night alone with him. The next morning, she feels guilty but also empowered.

  • Rogal Dorn pushes Chloe to make a decision, asking her to choose whether to fortify her relationship or build something new with him.

Finale: The Choice

  • Each couple must decide whether to stay together, leave alone, or pursue a relationship with one of the Warhammer singles.

  • Mike confronts Sarah about her night with Fulgrim. Fulgrim watches from the sidelines, smirking confidently.

  • Chloe stands on a cliffside with Rogal Dorn, gazing into the horizon as she ponders whether she wants a life of rigid discipline or her past chaotic relationship with Matt.

  • James tells Emma he feels a deeper connection to Celestine, who offers him a loving but distant smile, encouraging him to find his true path.

Closing Scene:

The camera zooms in on the singles, still standing confidently. Fulgrim flicks his hair, Bile tinkers with some mysterious device, and Celestine offers a silent prayer.

Host:
"These couples came to Temptation Island to test their love... but what they didn’t expect was to face the irresistible power of the grimdark. Relationships have been shattered, some have been reforged, but one thing is clear... the future is never certain."

Cue dramatic music and slow fade to black.

A clip of Abaddon the Despoiler arriving on the island for Season 2.
