Moonfall: Angron Ascendant
Title: Moonfall: Angron Ascendant
Genre: Sci-Fi Action Thriller
Synopsis: When the Moon is knocked from its orbit by a mysterious, unknown force, it begins a collision course with Earth. In this version, humanity’s last hope lies in the hands of a reluctant anti-hero: Angron, the Primarch of the World Eaters. With his brutal nature tempered only slightly by the circumstances, Angron must face an enemy more relentless than anything he's encountered in war.
Scene 1: Unstable Orbit
Location: A massive data center filled with scientists and technology experts. The atmosphere is tense.
Character: Dr. Helen Summers, the astrophysicist who first discovered the Moon’s erratic behavior, stares in horror at the screen.
Dr. Summers: (breathless) The Moon… it’s falling.
Government Official: (in shock) Are you sure?
Dr. Summers: Yes, and there’s only one person in the universe with the strength to counter this…
Cut to: A fortress-like compound on a barren world.
Enter Angron: Clad in brutal, blood-spattered armor, his presence radiates rage and suppressed violence. He’s busy training against a colossal automated opponent, tearing through it with a chainaxe.
Messenger: (interrupts nervously) Angron… humanity needs you.
Angron: (glares) Humanity? I am humanity’s nightmare. Why should I care?
Scene 2: Convincing Angron
Location: A makeshift war room on Earth.
Dr. Summers: (pleading) Angron, we don’t need your compassion. We need your strength.
Angron: (grunts) You expect me to stop the Moon from crashing into your pathetic world? I am no hero.
Dr. Summers: (resolute) And we’re not asking for one. Just this once, channel your rage into something other than destruction. Fight for us, Angron.
Angron: (pauses, finally relents with a sneer) Fine. But know this – when I’m finished, you may not have a world left to save.
Scene 3: Launching into Orbit
Location: A retrofitted, heavily armored spacecraft designed to get close to the Moon.
Angron: (strapping in, eyeing the experimental craft with disdain) You call this primitive thing a ship?
Dr. Summers: It’s all we have.
Angron: (smirking) Then it had better not fail me, or I’ll rip it apart myself.
Scene 4: Discovering the Entity
Location: The Moon’s surface. Craters and jagged landscapes stretch endlessly, but something massive stirs within. An ancient, machine-like intelligence—an enemy that thrives on pure, overwhelming force.
Angron: (grips his chainaxe) So it’s not just gravity. Something is pulling it down to Earth.
The ground shudders as a colossal, tentacled entity emerges from a crater.
Angron: (snarling, eyes blazing with anticipation) Finally, a worthy foe.
Scene 5: The Battle for Earth’s Fate
Location: A massive crater, where Angron battles the otherworldly machine entity on the Moon’s surface.
Dr. Summers: (over comms) Angron, if you can sever its main control network, we might regain control of the Moon!
Angron: (in the heat of battle) If it bleeds, it dies. Let me handle this.
He charges, leaping onto the machine and tearing through cables, using every ounce of rage-fueled strength to dismantle the core systems.
Scene 6: Narrow Escape
Location: The Moon, beginning to stabilize in orbit as Angron makes his way back to the ship.
Dr. Summers: (relieved) You did it, Angron! The Moon is holding!
Angron: (panting, smirking with bloodied armor) Humanity owes me a debt. I will collect it in blood… someday.
He boards the ship, and it rockets away as the Moon stabilizes.
End Scene
Location: Earth. People look up as the Moon shines serenely, safe in orbit once more.
Dr. Summers: (to herself, staring at the night sky) Maybe monsters aren’t what we thought they were.
Cut to Angron, sitting in solitude, his gaze distant, wondering if there is something more than rage waiting for him.
Fade out.
